Our story
I started in the property industry twenty years ago with the sole purpose of improving customer service. I was thirty at the time and I had just sold a property through a high street estate agent, but did not enjoy the process. I showed viewers around my home and negotiated at the appointment, but I only heard from my agent twice before the final exchange. I felt exposed and did not receive the support and communication I expected.
I started my own business because I am passionate about providing a level of service and building relationships that the industry does not. I want to become the go-to property specialist for my clients. I want to be of service and to add value to individuals and the local community.
