Lock In Your Commitment
Once you’ve agreed a path forward, you’ll secure an exclusivity period of up to 6 months. The seller agrees not to market the property to anyone else, and both sides agree a clear timeline for exchanging contracts.
Protected Through to Exchange
With your agreement or deposit in place, both sides are locked in on the agreed terms until exchange. If either side breaks the agreement, the defaulting party pays compensation, and Gazeal guarantees that payment is made, even if they don’t pay it themselves.
