Deposit Amount

The buyer places the deposit. The amount is agreed between the buyer and seller.

Deposit Fee

A one-off fee that covers Gazeal’s secure processing of the deposit, admin and transaction costs, and dispute resolution if needed.

Who Pays the Deposit Fee?

It can be paid by the seller, the buyer, or split 50-50 between them. It can also be paid by the agent, in which case compensation is shared with the agent.

If the Buyer Withdraws Unreasonably

The buyer forfeits the full deposit, and the seller receives it.

If the Seller Withdraws for Any Reason

The buyer receives a full refund of the deposit.
